The Surrey Region covers Richmond, Kingston, Twickenham, Teddington, Hampton, Farnham, Guildford and Woking. Places of interest include Richmond Park, Ham House, RHS Gardens Wisley, the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the famous historic Hampton Court Palace.
The region currently has 70 members including several who live in Chiswick, Barnes, Wimbledon and other parts of SW London which adjoin the Surrey Region. We organize regular events including an AGM and Spring lunch in March and a Christmas lunch in early December. In addition, a summer outing is organized to nearby places of interest. Recent outings have included Chiswick House and Gardens, and the London Museum of Water and Steam. A visit to Syon House is being planned for July 2024.
