Surrey Region covers Richmond, Kingston, Twickenham, as well as Guildford, Farnham, woking and much more. Among points of interest are RHS Garden Wisley, the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the famous, historic Hampton Court Palace so plenty of reasons to visit us.
The Surrey Region currently has 68 members and the Committee is usually composed of the Regional Representative, Treasurer, Membership Secretary, Social Secretary, and Secretary to the Committee. Four posts are filled at the moment and at the next Committee meeting, which we plan to hold on 23 September, we hope to be able to plan a social event for all members before the end of the year. However, we are actively looking for a Secretary to support the Committee which normally meets three times a year. We are also very much in need of a Social Secretary to help us organise social events.
